Seeking female roommate

I m a 34 year old white male seeking a female roommate to help share the cost of living. The apartment is a one bedroom but it will be a fully private bedroom.The apartment is located near the Oak View Mall in Omaha. The nearest intersection being 144th and Center. It is a 3rd floor apartment. Washer and dryer in unit as well as on site laundry facilities. There s a clubhouse with an indoor heated pool and hot tub fitness room and billiards and darts room. Garages are available for rent you would just need to discuss it with the management to rent one. The room is unfurnished but a bed can be provided if you do not have one. Cable internet with WiFi is installed but cable TV is not as I do not want watch TV very much. But if wanted that can be negotiated.I do not smoke drink or do drugs. Therefore the roommate must not smoke or do drugs either. Drinking alcohol is okay as long as it is limited. I do not want a heavily drunk roommate. You must have a job or consistent income of some kind. Please do not be loud as I do not play any loud music or TV. Since it is a 1 bedroom only one additional person is allowed to reside in the apartment. So if you have kids I m afraid I cannot rent to you.
