The Senior Analyst will use a wide application of principles theories concepts and techniques to develop innovative solutions to address client challenges. The Senior Analyst will apply expert knowledge to gather facts research and analyze the data and develop recommendations conclusions.Required Experience A minimum of ten (10) years experience evaluating and analyzing DoD Human Capital issues A minimum of five (5) years experience in a leadership position working within the DoD and A minimum of a Masters degree.
