Business Management Analyst

Will analyse business operations of company and document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures or organizational changes. Will Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain functions of each department work performed of health care providers and equipment materials used by personnel for the delivery of care to patients. Analyze data gathered on problems situations faced by the company on a daily basis and then develop solutions or alternative methods of solving problems of the company. Plan study of work problems and procedures such as organizational change communications information flow integrated production methods and confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Will be responsible for the management of the following departments Accounting Patient Services and Financial Planning. Will provide financial and operational analysis to implement plans and programs needed to expand services being offered to patients.
