Club Ilia is looking for F T cooks Position CookTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 14- 18 hour (depending on Experience)Working hours 30-40 hours weekBenefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods utilizing standardized recipes Oversee kitchen operations May plan menus determine size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift Maintain accurate food inventories May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs Educational Requirements Completion of secondary school Experience requirements 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
