1971 Pontiac Firebird
Unrestored daily driver no apparent rust strong new 400 Pontiac motor correct for the year. high rise intake manifold and aftermarket carb. Runs really good. I drive it daily but my new condo has no garage to store it so it has to go.Beginning in 1981 I started driving Firebirds. Had a Firebird from 1981-2012 when divorce made me sell it. Meth head dismantled my car and left it to rot. I bought this one to work on and I ve had it a few years. Runs great radio needs work. It has a couple of alarms but I keep it indoors and don t know if they are still hooked up. Known problems the hood is not set on correctly - it is pinching the windshield wipers so I can t use them. Its a daylight driver for us - no rain so its not a problem for me but you d want to fix that. Rear bumper has a small dent. Motor is a brand new from the crate 1971 400 intended for a Pontiac LeMans. Installed last summer. Windows crank up.
