Hi there. Im a 35 year old male who lives with 83 year old Grandmother and we are looking for someone to rent a room out to. They have to beyoung between 20-35. Must be working. Military is a plus but not necessary. They must be tidy and clean. Will have access to cable and Netflix. Must bewilling to share groceries and easy to get along with. Proof of income required and Id. Rent includes all utilities plus must be willing to pitch in for groceries. Like I said we will share all groceries. Must be drug free. Female preferred but will accept male applicants. No children. We have a cat so please dont be allergic. A lease will be printed out if approved. Also must provide 1st month s rent upon moving in.
