Share home 400 month plus deposit and utilities. Wifi included in rent. Cable tv optional. Electric gas and water should be less than 65 for your half. New energy efficient furnace and water heater so utility cost are fairly low. Room is already furnished. There is a large yard that wraps around 3 sides of the home and it is a great place for gardening in the few months of summer we have here.Home located in quiet neighborhood on west side of town with a fairly good view of the hillside. I included some pic of the view from here.No heavy drinking or drugs. An occasional drink is fine I just don t want to share a home with someone who frequently drinks or drinks to excess. 420 use is fine (no I don t indulge much but I love the smell) but I don t consider 420 as drugs.I am looking for one person to share home (sorry no couples).
