Job details are listed belowQualifying factors Must be 21Must have valid DLCannot have 2 or more moving violations in the last 3 years.Must pass a Drug Screening and DOT PhysicalHallcon Open Driving Position- Our open position is located in Denver CO we are responsible for providing the railroad crew members transportation to and from their trains terminals and hotels.Now since our trains operate on a 24 7 basis this is an on call position.Our drivers work 5 days of on call and have 2 scheduled days off. Now even though it is on call it is full time as well. Our dispatch team will make sure that you are getting your 40 hours a week as long as you are taking their calls. Any hours over 40 is time and . We do provide each driver with Software technology so that you are able to view the peak driving times of the railroads. By viewing your driver rotation board you are able to see where you are at on the list to be called out and most of our drivers because of this are able to have a regular routine and plan their day.Now in regard to the drives that you will be called for you could either be making one big trip or multiple little trips during the day or night but you are driving no more than a 200 mile radius that will be as far as you go.We provide the vehicle that you will pick up from the site each time you are taking a drive. The vehicle will either be an SUV or Minivan and both come equipped with a GPS system. You will also get a company gas card to fill up the gas with.PAY INFORMATION AND BENIFITS Pay starts at 14.50 an hour and pay is biweekly there is room for growth with our company. You also receive a cell phone reimbursement of 0.40 every trip you take and we do give you a shift differential for taking all calls from 9pm- 6am of 0.30 an hour. You are eligible for Medical Dental and a 401K after 60 days of employment as well.
