Dagen Personnel is recruiting for an HRBP for an oil & gas company in Lafayette LA.Responsibilities Builds relationships with employees and business functional leaders in assigned client group as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions Assists with change efforts by providing consultative support to business functional leaders to develop and execute business strategies Serves as an active member of the leadership team in assigned business function and is able to influence and challenge others at this level Develops and monitors workforce plans for client groups partners with the Hiring Managers for support and guidance and influence talent decisions Develops strong relationships with HR COE s to provide timely support to division office Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market Supports strong organizational performance as evidenced by business measures such as productivity quality and service Drives toward optimal culture that facilitates employees success including Engagement Diversity & Inclusion Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field required Five (5 ) years HR Business Partner experience PHR SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred Proficiency in MS Office products and HR systems Travel requirement 25% - 35% Job Type Full-timeSalary 80 000.00 to 100 000.00 year
