PACE Inc. offers orientation and placement on a list for potential Personal Support Worker (PSW) who would like to find work assisting consumers and or families of children with developmental disabilities. Looking for honest dependable individuals who want to make a difference. PSWs who are interested will attend an orientation that would assist them in understanding the requirements of being a PSW. Orientation consists of understanding the PSW program qualifications and the process on how to be a PSW. You must attend the orientation to be placed on our referral list.Work can includes teaching activities of daily living tasks that will assist consumers to increase their independence. Wage is determined by the Employer based upon several requirements. This is not a guaranteed job only a referral list. We will give to the Employers potential PSW names after the PSWs complete the orientation. The more dependable available and willing to do various tasks you are the more likely you will be hired from this list. PACE Inc. Center for Independent Living is not the employer.
