ONSEM FOOD LTD. dba Sushi Mong is looking for full-time permanent CookPosition CookTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 14.00 18.00 per hour (depending on experience)Working hours 30 - 40 hours per weekBenefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of vacation pay Job Duties Monitor kitchen and food service area Keep the environment clean and sanitized Supervise kitchen helpers Train other kitchen helpers in preparation cooking and handling food items Recruit and hire other kitchen staffs Prepare our main menu sushi items including appetizers and desserts Plan new menu items regulate size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and purchase supplies Order kitchen supplies and equipment when needed Keep inventory and records of food supplies and equipment. Job requirements Minimum 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
