Hello We are two late 20s females looking for third roommate to join our established house (with yard). We both work two jobs and spend the late evening relaxing or sometimes go out with friends. We would like a third roommate who is a kind and creative person who is financially stable doesn t have pets (we already have a cat) and wants to contribute to our drama-free home. We both occasionally drink and smoke. We are looking for someone to rent a room for 6 months at a flat rate of 650. This flat rate will include Internet access ALL utilities yard maintenance and house maintenance. There will be a 200 non-refundable deposit. The private room has access to the kitchen living rooms (with fireplace) and outside. Bathroom is shared with one roommate. Chores are also shared. Grocery shopping is each person s own responsibility. We have a stove fridge microwave and oven. Place already has furniture only need items for room (bed dresser etc). Ample street parking and super close to ASU. Our interview process looks for references if you vibe with us proof of income and initial payment up front. We ask you allow time for a response from us.
