In this position expect to prepare the food by washing and cutting vegetables weighing and mixing ingredients and assisting the Sandwich Salad Maker and Bakers as needed. The Prep Cook at Au Bon Pain is one of the first positions to arrive in the morning and helps to organize the caf before and during every shift.AU BON PAIN CAFE-DISHWASHER-Au Bon Pain dishwashers play a critical role in the caf in addition to washing dishes they are central to running a safe and sanitary business. Washing dishes at Au Bon Pain is a great first job or entry into the restaurant business. We LOVE to promote from within and many of our dishwashers go on to work in other jobs within the company. Located towards the front of every caf the cashier is the person responsible for speaking with every guest on both their way in and out of the caf directing traffic and collecting payment for all purchases. The cashier is also responsible for helping to keep the caf stocked with all products.AU BON PAIN CAFE-BAKER- When we tell our guests we get up early so you don t have to we are bragging about our amazing Bakers. Every morning the baker in every single Au Bon Pain arrives to bake our pastries and bread for the day ahead.
