Soccer gathering

I am looking to start a soccer team somewhere around the Blacksburg Christiansburg area soon. The main purpose of doing this I am considering to be a sports coach director leader in the future so I d like to gain more experience with this to also be able to get to know new people of similar interests improve skills abilities and to challenge other soccer groups within the area and around Virginia. Will also possibly do some tournaments and consider awards prizes along the way as well as consider other sports later TBD (To be determined discussed). I am willing to take beginner casual players but I would prefer experienced competitive elite level players from varsity division 1 & 2 caliber quality (can be both male and female) within ages 18-35 who are also willing to travel to other locations and set up times for practices games.
