EP isspecialized in English teaching for kids from 3-12 years old mainly based in Shanghaiand reach out to the rest of China Available locations Suzhou Nanjing Hangzhou Wuxi Changzhou 2. Teaching experience Student age 3-12 years oldClass size 10-15 students classClass length 75-90 minutesWorking hours 34 hours week (including office hours)Working schedule 5 days per week. 2 days off can be either weekdays or weekendsAvailable teaching materials5 training days unpaid 3. Salary & Benefits Monthly income USD 2200 - 2670 (RMB 15 000 - 18 500) after tax.Base Salary USD 1878- 2310 (RMB 13 000 - 16 000) after tax.Housing provided.Bonus Monthly bonus USD 360 (RMB 2500) after tax.Free TEFL Learning Program Airfare Bonus USD 580 (4 000 RMB) can be reimbursed after ending contract.Over time No over time work.Insurance Commercial insurance (life & medical insurance).Public Holiday Chinese public holidays and Christmas day paid off.Annual Holiday 1st year teacher has 3 paid days annual leave.Sick Leave paid sick leave 5 days per year 4.
