Lead Property Book TechnicianLocation Ogden UTPls. apply online at www.advanciatech.com careersPosition Summary Advancia Technologies is seeking a Lead Property Book Technician to support the 88th Regional Support Command (RSC) Directorate of Logistics (DOL) US Army Reserve (USAR) New Equipment Fielding Facility (NEFF) located at Ogden NEFF at 850 Bill Bailey Blvd Ogden Utah and in conjunction with the Fort McCoy Draw Yard (FMDY) which is the managing agency located at the Total Force Training Center US Army Installation Management Command Fort McCoy WI.Responsibilities Responsible for the coordination of new material training requirements new material fielding plans monitor new material fielding actions and track completion of de-processing and accountability transactions. Conducts inventories of equipment for government property owned by USARC and the 88th RSC Assures that all requisitions for the equipment personal property and supplies are properly reviewed for authorization and processed according to all Army Regulations. Prepares inventory lists assists with Hand Receipt as required in conducting their inventories and adjusts property records as required to ensure accuracy. Works with management and personnel to settle problems of a special controversial or technical nature as they occur regarding all phases of property management. Reviews and approves inventory reports to assure compliance with all regulations and to see that appropriate adjustments are made when necessary. Prepares and assures the execution of an annual inventory schedule of accounts reporting problems and discrepancies as required. Responsible to coordinate monitor and execute the second destination transportation request (SDT). Prior to de-processing NEFFs receive inventory tag and provide temporary storage of new equipment that is shipped from Program Managers. Monitors unit and or Government contractor supply operations to ensure compliance with policy and or contractual requirements. Monitors status of all shipments and equipment either on hand or expected IAW Decision Support Tool (DST) SDTs and CBLs and provides timely reports for equipment received or expected into the Ogden NEFF. Responsible for updating and validating hand receipts to Loaning Units (Upwards of 700 ) on a reoccurring basis. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Five (5) years experience using Army supply inventory or property accounting techniques and procedures Experience operating warehouse equipment (i.e. forklifts etc.) preferred Global Combat Support System Army (GCSSA) trained The ability to advise assist and train USAR personnel in Property Book Matters.
