I have an apartment in the San Fernando Valley in SHERMAN OAKS that I use as my office 9 00 am to 4 30 pm weekdays. I leave for my home up north and my apartment is vacant. I am never there on weekends or evenings. I had a 6 year arrangement with a roommmate that worked beautifully He finally moved in with his girlfriend. In the 6 years he lived there I only saw him a handful of times as our hours were completely opposite I am looking for someone who works during the day. If you like your time alone and would like a place all on your own to enjoy this may be the perfect place for you. There is a large pool private parking space laundry and work out room on site.
