Position Food Service SupervisorTerms of employment Full-time PermanentWage 14 - 18 hour (depending on experience)Hours 30 40 hours week Benefits 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay Job Duties Order ingredients and supplies that are needed for food preparation Resolve customers complaints or concerns Supervise the activities of staffs Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required Instruct and train workers in job duties and procedures of sanitation and safety Manage and keep the records of stock sales and wastage Establish work schedules Check the food and service meet the quality control standards Educational Requirements Completion of Secondary school Experience Requirements 2 3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
