JOB Join our team of remote phone agents helping customers who have requested help with their debt. We work with non-profit credit counseling agencies and other financial service providers and match customers to the best program for them and their type of debt issues. Requested work commitment of 20 to 40 hours a week. Agents are independent contractors (1099) not employees. SKILL SETS Excellent listening and communication skills Answer general customer questions guidelines provided Ability to follow a dynamic workflow Marketing lead generation experience preferred but not required QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 to apply Must reside in the US Must be reliable and dedicated Comfortable with basic computer skills Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home Quiet home office place to work. No background noise such as pets or children TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS PC or Mac Computer USB headset High speed DSL or Cable internet Wireless is prohibited WHAT ELSE SHOULD YOU KNOW You pick your availability and would only be scheduled within the availability you choose. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8 00 am-5 00 pm MST. We re closed for major holidays & weekends. Pay is 8 hourly PLUS a commission per transfer and some nice daily & weekly bonus opportunities. Our average agent makes close to 10 hr currently. The next training session is coming up fast We re a fun team and we re looking for long term contractors. Must be reliable & dedicated.
