Promote different properties using marketing tools to attract customers including print electronic and personal interaction. Meet personal and team sales targets. Attend meeting sales events and trainings to keep abreast of thelatest developments. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinating with tele callers for appointments and site visits. For appointments Visit the customer place and explain about company product and service as per customer requirement. For Site visit Visit one day Perrier for site location (location Chikkamangalore & Shakelshpur) and giving brief explanation of coffee estate and farmhouses for the customer. Convincing the customers. Completing with the sales and closing with the deals. Required Experience Skills and Qualifications Qualifications Graduation or MBA(Marketing) Experience Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales Two wheeler is mandatory Job Type Full-time Salary Best in Industry Travelling Ready to travelling
