We offer a competitive pay rate and year-round work.This is a mental and physical demanding job the following abilities will be required of applicants Able to follow directions w out improvisationStrong attention to detail be punctual and presentable on a daily basisAble to multitask troubleshoot and maintain a clean and organized job-siteAble to retain trainingAble to push pull lift or carry up to 50 lbs regularly - occasionally push pull lift or carry up to 100 lbs. Repetitive use of hands arms and legs. Excellent hand eye coordination.Able to communicate (hear comprehend and speak) to safely perform workAble to operate hand and power tools (electric gas and pneumatic) of all types with proper training and authorization.Climb and maintain balance on steel wood framework stairs ladders and scaffolds.Required to use hands to grasp lift handle carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.Position may require prolonged bending twisting walking crawling kneeling reaching overhead squatting pushing pulling standing or lifting. Able to walk on uneven surfaces muddy conditions loose rock loose soft sand etc. Will be exposed to adverse weather conditions (Heat Cold Rain Etc.)We are a company that has been servicing the Pensacola Area for over 25 years.
