Need Public Community help.First I have the worst neighbors.Tried for 3 years to work issues and concerns out verbally and numerous letters.Was told NOPE.Issues concerns include the following -Numerous illegal subletting and renting weekly monthly yearly- residential as well as commercial. No permit no license to rent residential and commercial -Numerous foreign student renting charging 1500 per student (found ads to verify prove). At one point 4 students were on the property for almost 2 years paying 1500 each. -Illegal RV residency and renting out RVs (4)-Open to Public Sales selling citrus chickens ducks geeses fowl (alive or butchered) eggs etc no permit no license from a residential property (in one weekend 500 vehicles entered in and out as well as numerous trespassings on our property)-Unpenned chickens ducks fowl geese etc roaming my property and surrounding groves (they consider it free ranging to allow fowl to roam off property)-Complete lack of property maintenance- 10 years 8 known renters residential and commercial and still no basic daily maintenance. We have to report every month just to get 2-3 foot lawn mowed.-Current renter in front house conducts numerous businesses in on out of property as well as sublets rooms beds (have proof of ads) even though City code states no home based businesses allowed in my areaThese issues and concerns have transpired over a 10 year period. As stated for 3 years we tried to address our concerns and issues about the nuisances of traffic and noise from all the numerous renting of students renters public sales trespassings unpenned fowl business operations and activities as well as lack of property maintenance. The property owners who reside in a make shift guest house in the rear have made it clear they do not care. The property has one purpose INCOMEAll the above issues and concerns are all valid and have been proven with photos and videos of traffic nuisances and lack of property maintenance as we as over 30 ads placed in Chinese Forums for renting subletting open to public sales eggs ducks chicken geese etc sales RV renting student housing etc.All proof has been given to City but their response time is horrible and with some of the issues concerns they appear to conduct any investigation on the surface they do not investigate thoroughly- that would mean to much work. Even with the ads provided it appears they have to be present to consider a more thorough investigation. That excuse given by the City translates WE DO NOT CARE.We have made it more than clear to the City of our legitimate complaints have been ignored and quite possibly on purpose. Not a speculation it is a fact. Other residents are held to the City s codes and standards. But not at my neighbors . They have not to this day been held accountable for their lack of maintenance and illegal incomes made on this property 10 years.The only reasons that can be considered speculative is as to why Their age their nationality or bias to my family and I because we challenged the City for not doing their job.We feel it is all 3 age shouldn t matter-they should have exhibited respect for our concerns we have a right to enjoy our home. Nationality shouldn t be an issue (Chinese and White) the codes and laws APPLY TO EVERYONE EQUALLY (or so they should). And bias we can confirm that the City no longer responds to our complaints even regarding proven property maintenance violations.So with that said we need help. We have documented proof (ads placed in Chinese forums) where they brag that in one year they make close 80 000 from renting and sales. They can afford to maintain the property but refuse to do so that is money wasted. So why should their greed supersede their responsibility.Please call help us and challenge the City of Riverside to do their job without bias. Note these greedy neighbors are attempting to sell the property in a Chinese forum but overpriced. However if an offer is made they might take it due to their greed - WANTED NEW NEIGHBORS WITH RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP
