Home Appliance Service TechnicianWe are looking for a Full-Time self-starter appliance service technician to deliver the desired customer service experience in servicing household appliances such as refrigerators washing machines and stoves etc. in customers homes. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.Responsibilities Observes and tests operation of appliances such as refrigerators water lines dishwasher washer dryer wall ovens over the range microwave stove gas lines and cook tops Observe and test operation of appliances following installation and make any initial installation adjustments that are necessary Disassemble appliances so that problems can be diagnosed and repairs can be made Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems Follow all company s filed procedures and protocols Build positive relationships with customers Advises customers regarding use and care of appliances Bill customers for repair work and collect payment if they are not under warranty statusRequirements Ability to troubleshoot test repair and service technical equipment English literacy Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules Technical degree or certification 2 4 years experience Must have own repair tools and equipment Must be able to regularly lift 25 lbs. to 70lbs Need basic Electrical Plumbing (not recommended but would be an asset) G2 Gas License DA min.
