MindSet is Episcopal Community Services newest workforce development program that focuses on career development and financial stability. Through individualized coaching and group training in the five core areas (Family Stability Health and Well-Being Financial Management Education and Training and Employment and Career Management) MindSet participants will gain tools needed to take control of the futures and obtain self-sufficiency. MindSet participants are also eligible for two types of monetary incentives cash incentives for goal attainment and a 2 to 1 cash match in a designated savings account. We are accepting applications until Sunday August 18th. The cohort is set to begin in the end of September.
