Supreme Home & Appliance Repair is currently looking for 1-2 teams of 2 Handymen each.Jobs can range from Painting Minor Electrical Porch Deck & Fence Repair Roofing Siding Gutters Appliance Repair House Cleaning Debris Removal Tile installers Vinyl Floor Installers HVAC and many more trades. If you feel you are qualified to handle this type of work please continue to read below all requirements.Must Have 1) Truck Work Van ( 2 Man teams require 1 vehicle however you must have your own transportation to and from jobs)2) Valid Drivers License3) Trade Certifications License ( HVAC Plumbing Electrical if any)4) Own Tools (Specialty Tools we supply)5) Mobile Phone (That can take pictures and text)6) References Must Be Able 1) To lift up to 25 lbs (In some trades)2) To supply work history of any trades.3) To read and use a tape measure 4) To work every other Saturday if work is available. Payroll This is always a concern for everyone. For tax purposes all contractors will be 1099 and can be paid 2 ways. Direct deposit (Must open an account with LFCU savings or checking.) Certified check (Fees deducted). (No Cash). Pay periods are weekly with 1 week held back. Pay periods ends on Wednesday and you will be paid on Fridays.Special Notes Background checks maybe required because certain jobs require entry into homes that are not vacant but have tenants that are not home and or are home.Recreational Drugs & Alcohol is not permitted while on the clock or before work.
