Whoa cute as a button is this vintage all cast iron railroad cook stove with a large 19 x22 cook top in wonderful condition....clean as a whistle inside and out without an issue. Called the FATSO and numbered 205 this beauty was manufactured here in the USA...Atlanta Georgia by the Atlantic Stove Works. This is no Asian junk. This stove is 100% dense cast iron and virtually ready to install and use [or will serve as a fine accent piece that will only increase in value over time]. Thousands were built in the early 1900s and many were used in kitchens or laundry rooms to cook heat water and heat large spaces. This little beauty includes all its original parts including the removable top stove plates and the dedicated tool to move them. Will burn coal or wood The sliding vent on the ash door slides effortlessly (opens and closes to adjust air intake). The ash door comes off easily to neatly remove ashes and attaches snugly back onto the stove. Does include a handy ash shovel and stove top tool. No rust cracks chips or warping. The 205 measures approx. 27 H with a foot print of 18X19 . This is a rare vintage woodstove in excellent condition and is advertised elsewhere for 500.00 or more with most in poor condition .
