Built with pride by the master craftsmen at Mt. Baker Construction this pine lined cabin tastefully blends modern design with rustic charm. The first floor features an open and airy living dining and kitchen area complete with a breakfast bar a dishwasher a freestanding wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) a wide screen monitor one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and second bedroom with 1-full sized bed a -bath and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large open loft sleeping area with 2-queen sized beds and a work station perfect for creating your next novel (or just catching-up on some boring work). Just outside the sliding rear door you ll discover a small deck complete with a gas grill. Don t forget Fido this pet-friendly WiFi equipped and monitored family vacation home will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy ). PLEASE NOTE WiFi service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this the service is currently subject to failure as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking mountain biking mountain climbing rock climbing backpacking freshwater fishing (lake and river) small game hunting whitewater rafting kayaking canoeing swimming nature viewing tennis and golf. RATES Rates for Cabin 74 range from 189.00 to 339.00 per night (depending on the season) USD tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee and from 1134.00 to 2034.00 per week USD tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from 99.00 to 1219.00 per night and from 594.00 to 8533.00 per week USD tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee. RESERVATIONS Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost including tax is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest s scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest s credit card on the scheduled due-date.
