Develop and maintain records of patients and their health care providers handling plan of care. Will direct and evaluate work activities of medical nursing and other health care providers involved in providing treatment plan to patients. Direct or conduct recruitment hiring and training of personnel. Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the company. Will submit budget and expected expenditures to management for approval. Will meet with health care providers periodically to address problems and complaints.
