Salem Ohio Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Manager of Sales who has a strong technical machinery background.REQUIREMENTSBSME or BSEE minimum 5 years experience specialized steel equipment heat treating cold rolling mills steel galvanizing lines thermal and chemical treatment equipment 4 sales management experience Develop forecast approve budgets direct sales staff (mentor train & guide) assist marketing research industry competition and trends Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate with staff vendors & clients Manage primary accounts Develop new markets and target potential clients Generate proposals and direct staff in the bidding process Schedule and manage meetings as needed Some travel may be required Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Salary Commensurate - Permanent Position with Benefits.
