Virtual Truck Driver Recruiter Position Candidate will work hand in hand with our Recruiting Manager learning industry standard techniques including sourcing resumes performing research account management and variety of administrative related task. Helpful if candidate is interested in staffing recruiting HR and administrative support. This position will provide quality training to work in entry level recruiting and administrative roles. Must be willing to work in a timely fashion learn quickly and be able to multi-task. We currently hire Commercial Drivers in the transportation industry. Recruiters make from 100-2000 per placement depending on the client. How much you make will depend on the amount of effort you put in.Requirements 1. A quiet home office area with computer and internet access 2. Availability Between 8 am-7 pm EST Monday- Friday and a minimum 6 hour shift within those hours. 3. Be willing to be an independent contractor 1099 employee 4. Strong administrative skills and multi-tasking5. Your interest in this type of opportunity and desire to work in this field6. Prior customer service support a plus but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate in recruiting quality talent for our variety of virtual careers. Manages the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings.Sources pre-screens and interviews applicants for submission.Tracks and manages applicants using ATS technology.Develops a full understanding of and utilizes reporting features of requisition and applicant tracking system.Coordinates communications with applicants and our recruiting team.Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all phases of recruitment process and supports our diversity initiatives and objectives.
