She is scared of thunder loud noises crowds trucks and needs someone who will have patience while she adapts to changes. Phoebe is very nervous around small children but she is totally wonderful with adults who treat her kindly. She needs a home with no small children and does best in a calm environment. Phoebe thrives on love and affection and is so sweet ro those that show her love. Phoebe is excited when she first meets people and acts kind of crazy but she settles down. She behaves well on walks but pulls at the leash at first until she finds her stride.
