He s a confident and outgoing people-lover who is also very smart responsive to training potty-trained and able to sit stay and walk well on a leash. Sampson would love a home with older kids (age 6 ) but he s not so good with other animals and would do best as an only pet. Prospective adopters must agree to a home visit have secure fencing and allow their dog to sleep inside at night. Those coming from out of town may submit a vet reference in place of a home visit. All renters need landlord approval.If you already have a dog or two they must be spayed neutered and brought to the shelter for a meet and greet. Homes that already have than two dogs or any unaltered dogs will not be considered.
