Sammy - Male Terrier (Unknown Type Medium) Mix

Sammy is about 6 years old and a wired terrier mix. He is almost 50lbs of sweetness. Sammy is blind in his left eye and the vet is unsure why. He does not let that bother him or stop him from enjoying life. When he first came up as a stray from a high kill shelter in southern Indiana he was so scared but now he is so happy and enjoying life. He is housebroken and crate trained - though it takes a bit of coaxing to get him in. Sammy did great with the other dogs at the dog park and enjoys the attention of kids. Since there are no cats in his foster home it is unsure how he is with them. Sammy likes to wander the fenced in yard and lounge on the couch with his humans. He loves to snuggle and will rest his chin on your shoulder until your arm goes around him. Sammy is fixed and up to date on his immunizations and is microchipped.
