Tobias was adopted from the rescue as a small puppy and recently returned because they didn t have time for him. Tobias is an active and spunky little guy with a real zest for life. He is always open to a good romp with his dog and cat friends. He also enjoys long leash walks and car rides. He is also an amazing snuggler and loves nothing more than curling up on your lap at the end of the day to relax.
