Captain and Jack - Male Border CollieLabrador Retriever Mix

Jack (black) and Captain (brown) came to us when they were only a couple days old. They were brought into our local shelter by Animal Control after a woman took them from a homeless woman whos dog had given birth and was living under some trees with them. Why on earth she didnt attempt to help the mom as well we will never know we did try to locate them with no success. Our friends at Nor Cal Bully Breed Rescue split the litter and the sleepless nights of bottle feeding began. They have been in a foster home and raised with other dogs and are very well socialized. These are both males and will be ready for their forever homes later this week. They are Border Collie Lab Pit mixes. One of the fosters DNA tested one of the pups. They have their first set of vaccines are dewormed and will be neutered and microchipped this week.
