lost male chihuahua/dachsund near 29th st between rosemont and s

We lost a neutered male chihuahua dachsund on 29th street between rosemont and swan. He was last seen wearing a green colar with colored squares on it. His name is Pierre pronounced (pee-air). He is tan with a reddish tinge and has a white patch located on the top left of his head and chest. He is a bit heavy in weight kind of chubby. His nose also has a pinkish brown tinge to it as well. Please if you know any information where he may be or have found him we are offering a reward for his safe return. We miss him dearly and would like to have him home. Thank you.
