Share main bathroom with 1 mature working Male also kitchen with Owner (me).I have my own bathroom downstairs. Washer and Dryer in Garage. I have the allowed of 3 cats which I try to keep contained in my area .I m a Retired Teacher Anglo Swiss Canadian and have been renting out rooms for 30 years. I like having others in the house.I still drive but walk with a cane and sometimes need a bit of help taking shopping or laundry upstairs. Hopefully it will rain again soon so I do n t have to water my plants as much. No one smokes (allergies)nor drinks and for the most part try to eat healthy.
