He is a nice old part of history I wish this saddle could tell stories. The estate this was purchased from informed me that their research indicated that this saddle is from the 1800 s I have not confirmed this . The overall condition of this saddle is good considering it s age. It is stamped D E Walker Visalia in 2 places this includes the number 9567. Stirrup covers were added and I m not sure if there have been any repairs to this saddle if it was repaired they did an excellent job and did so on both side. This saddle was a worken mans saddle and will be a good addition to your collection or make a good seat. Please ask any questions and I will do my best to answer as soon as possible.
