Hi there. My name is Mr. Magoo and I m an African Grey. I m a man of few words actually I m a bird of no words. Who knows maybe someday I might talk. We are not sure of my age because we don t know much about my past life before Rescue . I m at the very least 26yrs old (I have a wild caught band on my foot.) My foster mom and dad think I m older than that though. I m fully blind in 1 eye and I can t see too much out of my other eye either. I haven t been handled in quite a few years so I m still scared of people. I can be very protective of my space. My foster mom thinks with some time and patience I ll be able to learn to trust again. The cage I came into Rescue in was too small and it had rust on it. My grip strength and my wings are weak but with my new roomy cage and new healthy diet I ll get stronger. Thanks to the cute people at Florida Parrot Rescue I received a exquisite cage and some new toys. My foster mom and dad are working on getting me on a great diet....
