ADOPT ME ONLINE -XX ---.- dogs 5445The apple puppies are here just in time to help us get ready for Fall These sweet babies were from an oops litter in NC. OPH and our NC partner are getting mom spayed and helping out the owner with food and shots so there will be no more oops litters from their sweet mama dog. These pups are 8 weeks old and 20 lbs This means they will be very large dogs when they are all grown up. Our guess is that they will be between 80-110 lbs when fully grown. So far they seem to be fairly easy going. Our guess is that they will be medium energy dogs. Mom is a German Shepherd mix. We are not sure what dad is. The Apple Puppies are fostered in Nokesville VA.Due to his small size and young age we recommend that he goes to a home with children that are respectful of his size and age. Because he is a baby he will require an adopter who not out of the home for more than 4 hours at one time to continue his training - no exceptions He is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines.Please note that because he is so young he has only received 2 sets of the required 3 sets puppy vaccinations. This is very IMPORTANT because it means that his immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age. He MUST stay out of public places where he could be exposed to the germs of many other dogs for another six weeks after he goes home. These no puppy zones include all pet stores dog parks and for apartment dwellers areas used by other dogs. These requirements are strictly for the puppy s medical safety and longevity.... More Info
