Dory is an amazing girl who went through hell and back to get to us. A couple good citizens saw people unloading dogs in an abandonded building near their home and went to check it out. Inside they saw about 8 dogs running around terrified. They spent the better part of a super hot Chicago summer day trying their best to catch them but only succeeded with 3. Thankfully Dory is one of those 3. All 3 dogs came to us and all 3 are AMAZING. While they can be shy around people they blossom with other dogs around. They will be in foster care a few weeks learning their basics and getting some much needed confidence. They mimic other dogs so when Dory see s the other dog in her foster home go up to people to get treats she follows and now knows that people mean well We would love for Dory to be rehomed with a family with a dog (or dogs ).Interested in Dory Please fill out an application at -.----XX.-.
