Ruffio is a 3-4 month old pittie pup. His story was insane and had it not been for some wonderful volunteers he would have been sold on the street corner or let loose in traffic. Thankfully the volunteers worked fast and convinced his former owner to do the right thing and be patient while we worked on taking him into our program.
