Oscar - Male Beagle Mix

Oscar is a beagle mix about 3 yrs old. He came to us after having been hit by a car. We did the needed surgery on his hip. He Is one of the few dogs that end up with slight complications from that surgery. He can t use his leg 100%. It doesn t slow him down He is being adopted out of his foster home. They love him and he loves his dog friends there. He runs and plays like a normal dog. We are trying laser treatment to see if that might help but it shouldn t stop him from finding his forever home.... More Info
