scamp was an abuse case. He was covered in fleas and when the son of the owner brought him in to ac- he was carrying him off the ground by his collar on the end of a leash. He is now learning to run in circles in delight of attention. He weighs 6 pounds and the vets say he is 4 years old. He never had attention and is learning to seek it out. He is neutered vaccinated dewormed flea prevention applied microchipped heartworm tested negative and will be groomed. His hair coat will look much better now that the fleas are gone. If you want a little dog that needs a little work still but will make a super little buddy then please consider scamp. He comes with a collar leash toys food and all medical records.
