Sam is a laid-back lap kitty extraordinaire who is a Manx orange tabby DSH mix who was born in 2010. He was adopted as a kitten but his owner recently had to surrender him due to her breathing problems with COPD. He moved into his new foster home without missing a beat and immediately began investigating with his stubby Manx tail straight up in the air. He may have been looking for the other 3 cats in his former home because he got along great with them.When he had satisfied his curiosity about his new home he jumped into his foster mom s lap and has tried to spend as much time as he could right there ever since. He shows his contentment by turning on his purr motor which sounds like a perking coffeepot. He also enjoys sleeping with her playing with his toys chowing down on the scrumptious groceries and catching happy glimpses of the feral cat outside. Sam has not been around dogs and although his first as well as his foster homes have been quiet and peaceful empty nests he does great with his foster grandsons as long as they don t make a lot of noise. In fact he even lets them sleep on the sofa with him and use his body as a pillow Sam is in great health and his recent pre-dental blood work fell within all the healthy parameters. Now all that Sam needs is a lifetime family to chill out with him and allow him to steal their hearts.Sam is updated on shots neutered dewormed microchipped FIV FeLV negative and ready for his indoor-only home.
