Law Enforcement Raids A Family Home And Kidnaps A Child

Hello This is a important matter that took place on 5 13 13. Law enforcement abuses a women and removes her child from her home illegally without a search and seizure warrant or court orders. They also arrested the mother without an arrest warrant. The lady is fighting back in court now to get back her child. This is a horrific story and we are looking for Human Rights activists that will be able to help with this issue however possible. Or people that would like to help join our fight and help us. This involves a child that was kidnapped and we need whatever help we can get. Here is a bit of the story from a press release. Title Law Enforcement Raids A Family Home and Kidnaps A Child On the 13th day of May 2013 Mrs. Youhoing and her family was in their home at rest when around 1 30AM they heard knocking on their door. Shellie Youhoing said that she and her family was afraid to open the door as it was very late and the people who was knocking on her door failed to identify themselves. After 5 minutes of knocking Mrs. Youhoing s door they started to kick in the front door and garage side door. They forced Mr. Nanan outside the house and placed him under the watch of a deputy holding his hand over her gun. And about 8 or more officials came in and grabbed Mrs. Youhoing by her hair and threw her onto her living room couch. Mrs. Youhoing asked them who they were many times and after they asked for her youngest daughter that was when they finally revealed their identities. Law officials abused her physically mentally and emotionally leaving her body bruised and in severe pain. Law enforcement officials threatened and intimidated her other children with guns and forceful verbal language. When Mrs. Youhoing Mr. Nanan and The eldest son asked for a proof of the warrant or the actual warrant they were suppose to serve. None of the officials could show Mrs. Youhoing a warrant.They then grabbed Mrs. Youhoing by her hair and dragged her outside. She kept asking them to show her a warrant and they refused to. They attacked her slammed the back of her head on the hard stone ground in front of her home. Thus leaving her body severely damaged and in pain. Her youngest daughter Diana was forced to watch the law officials abuse her mother and then was tricked into thinking law enforcement was going to take her to her father. That was when Sheriff officials took her into their custody instead of DFCS. The Youngest daughter Diana was removed from the home without the presence of DFCS or a court order. No Papers where shown or served for the removal of the child. Their has been too much illegal procedures that have taken place in this matter and this story needs to be aired.
