You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.ADOPTED Cassie came into rescue a couple of weeks ago. She is 1 year old (DOB 1 9 15) and is a beautiful tri colored girl. She is mostly black and white but has a small amount of tan on her rear legs. She has been spayed had rear dew claws removed and has been microchipped. Her vaccines are all up to date. She is somewhat shy but is warming up to her foster family. Her foster mom reports that she is doing well walking on the leash and is going out of the house to potty with her foster sisters and brothers. Cassie will benefit from having another confident dog in her forever home. No children under 10.
