Boyd Property Preservation is seeking motivated individiuals in your area to clean secure and maintain vacant residential properties until they are ready to sell. Our vendors need to have excellent time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines. Job duties include bording up or replaceing broken doors and windows changing locks performing minor landscaping cleaning and winterinzing de-winterizing to name a few. In addition to the tools to perform the listed duties vendors need to own a digital camera and have access to a computer laptop and acess to Internet connection.
