Miska - Female Boxer Mix

Miska is one of four pups brought to HCHS with demodex mange. Miska is responding beautifully to treatment but still has a couple of months to go and won t be ready for adoption until around the end of September. Like her siblings Miska is reserved around new people and new situations but is doing quite well with her socialization. Miska is a boxer-hound mix pup who is 9 months old and weighs 42 pounds. She is spayed up to date on her vaccinations and crate trained. While she is in her foster home we will continue to work on socialization house breaking and leash training. At night Miska will bark at her reflection in the den window thinking it is another dog (smile) so she should make a fine watchdog for her new owner Miska is super affectionate and gets along with other dogs cats adults and children.
