Opie - Female English Bulldog
Meet Opie. Opie is a 12 week old male English bulldog. He is neutered and utd in all vaccines and tests. This boy has spina bifida. Amazingly his spina bifida has no issues in his mobility which usually occurs. He runs and plays like normal. But he seems to be incontinent and we do have him in diapers which is normal for them. YES HES CUTE BUT you need to do your research on his condition. YES hes a english bulldog puppy BUT he is considered special needs.
